About Our Chapter
North Gwinnett DECA is one of the largest DECA chapters in the state of Georgia with over 250+ members. Since 1999, NG DECA has had a strong focus on developing student leadership, business, marketing, and management skills. NG DECA focuses on hands-on learning and the real world application of textbook concepts. Led by an officer team comprised of the most qualified students, and guided by an experienced and knowledgeable advisor, Dr. Jacqueline Huffman Ed.D., students in NG DECA will gain first-hand experience in all aspects of business as well as develop skills applicable to whichever field he or she eventually chooses to pursue. We specialize in jumpstarting out members’ high school careers, and giving them a competitive edge in college and life.
